Jame Campbell Birding Days

It was another fabulous morning on the refuge. We had a great group of birding enthusiasts join our tour to visit with the residents of James Campbell NWR. Birders were greeted by very vocal Kioea (Bristle-thighed curlews) and Kolea (Pacfic Golden Plovers) and sited many Ae'o, 'Alae 'ula and 'Alae ke'oke'o. We have several spots open for birding Saturdays left this year and will be opening up more in January and Febuary 2026. Join us for the James Campbell Birding Tours!
